- 2 eggs
- 2 slices thick cut bacon
- 2 slices mozzarella
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
preparation
- Mix ketchup and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Fry 2 slices of bacon.
- Melt cheese on muffins in a 350 preheated oven.
- Fry 2 eggs over easy.
- Slather sriracha-ketchup on the bottom muffin.
- Top with fried eggs and bacon.
