ingredients
- Mix Russian dressing and horseradish and set aside
- Preheat skillet to med-high
- Season beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides
- Drop patty into pan and cook for 4 minutes
- Flip patty over and top with shaved onions and cheese
- Cook for an additional 4 minutes
- While burger is cooking, spread sauce on top and the bottom muffin.
- Top bottom muffin with pickles
- Place burger on top of bottom bun and top with muffin

- 1 Stone & Skillet English Muffin
- 5oz beef patty pressed thin
- 3-4 Bread & butter pickles ( you can use dill, but trust us, B&Bs are the best!)
- 2 slices American cheese
- 1/4 onion sliced thin
- 2 T Russian dressing
- 1/2 T horseradish
